If you wish to have a website on the internet. For your website to be available to the world that site needs hosting on the internet so that it is available for people to request electronically. We at AlfeeInfoTech provide that hosting and website design service (if requested) to our customers.
What is a domain name?
A domain name is an address that is entered into a web browser that will direct people to your website.
What are PHP, SQL, Java, etc?
These are technologies that your website can use to provide more functionality to visitors of your website. If you need any help with your website please don't hesitate to contact us.
What is shared web hosting?
Some web host providers will place your website in a space with other websites. This is good because it is cheap, but other websites in the same space as your site can adversely effect your site's performance so we offer a scaling service to all our customers that means we monitor site performances to stop that from happening and if necessary will give your site it's very own private space.
Can I keep my web address when I change host?
Yes, just contact us and we will arrange everything.
Does it matter what type of desktop computer I use?
No not at all. Our web hosting service runs independent to your computer.
Will I have forced advertising on my site like I do on Geocities, etc.?
No, not unless you specifically want it or put it on your site.
I don't have any experience in creating a site. Who can help me create and host my site?

What is a GB?
A GB is a portion of virtual space or bandwidth. If you don't know how much you need, we suggest you sign up to our basic package and then we will let you know if you are going to need more. Your amount is refreshed monthly and most websites on the internet don't use more than our most basic package.
What is uptime?
Uptime is the persentage of time that your site will be up on the internet. Most services can't garentee more than 99.9%, but we have had a consistant 9.9999% uptime since we we started hosting because of our skilled team and strict proseadures.
